Saturday start dates for Hazelrigg, Geltsdale and Inglewood, Friday start dates for Granary and Ravendale, except for Xmas / New Year and off season short breaks.

Short breaks are available throughout the year. 1-3 night break is charged at 70% of the weekly tariff, 4 nights at 80%, 5 nights at 90% and 6/7 nights at week rate.

Short breaks can be booked in advance 4th January- 13th March and 31st October - 18th December. Short breaks at other times can only be booked within six weeks of the start of the break.

10% discount if using just one bedroom (Granary & Hazelrigg excepted) applied to off-season rates.

Prices quoted do include gas (300 units) and electricity (40 units) with additional units charged at cost.
Prices do include all bed linen (duvets), bath and hand towels.

Well behaved pets are welcome, by arrangement, and are charged at £20 per week of £15 per part week.
